2. Yongxie Technology's Carbon Neutrality Strategy
The escalating global climate crisis is a shared challenge for humanity. As a responsible enterprise, Yongxie Technology fully recognizes the long-term significance of environmental protection and low-carbon initiatives for sustainable development.
In mid-2024, Yongxie officially announced its Carbon Neutrality Strategy with two phased goals:

1. By 2030, achieve carbon neutrality in Scope 1 & 2 emissions (direct and indirect operational emissions) based on 2023 emission data.
2. By 2040, accomplish full-scope carbon neutrality (Scope 1, 2 & 3), covering the entire value chain.

This strategy underscores Yongxie’s commitment to green innovation and sustainable growth, aligning with global climate action frameworks.



3.Main Measures 
Yongxie Technology’s carbon reduction initiatives and practices span organizational structure, management processes, carbon emission monitoring and management, operational project planning and execution, green factory construction, and low-carbon product development.
 
Organizational Structure

1. A dedicated Sustainability Task Force has been established, led by CEO Mr. Jerry Ma as the sponsor and Administrative Director Mr. Devin Zhang as the executive lead.
2. Cross-functional teams from all departments collaborate to drive specific actions.

 
Management Processes

1. Governance Framework: A Sustainability Steering Committee (under the "Locomotive Management Committee") oversees overall sustainability performance, regularly reviewing project progress and challenges.
2. Execution:

1. The Administration Department is responsible for decision-making, guidance, and tracking sustainability KPIs, convening biannual review meetings.
2. Project teams integrate sustainability actions into departmental policies and workflows, ensuring implementation and achieving carbon reduction targets. Ad-hoc meetings are held as needed.

 
Carbon Emission Monitoring & Management

1. Baseline Audit: Yongxie conducted a comprehensive carbon footprint assessment for 2023, verified by the Steering Committee.
2. Benchmarking: 2023 serves as the baseline year for all carbon reduction plans and targets.

The carbon emissions calculation for Yongxie Technology in 2023 is as follows: total emissions amounted to 813.97 metric tons.
 
Regarding emission reduction initiatives, Yongxie Technology has implemented the following measures since 2024:

1. Installed 990kW solar panels on the rooftop of our Chuzhou factory, with an estimated annual power generation of 1.6 million kWh. As of now, cumulative power generation has reached 1.19 million kWh.
2. A 1,250 kWh energy storage system was deployed at our Chuzhou plant, operating with two daily charge-discharge cycles. This system is projected to:
   1. Reduce grid electricity purchases
   2. Enable 780,000 kWh annual utilization of solar power

Yongxie Technology has replaced all three company vehicles with new energy vehicles (NEVs), installed EV charging stations, and incentivized employees to adopt NEVs and e-bikes to promote green commuting.

1. Yongxie Technology has implemented various energy-saving measures including improved space utilization through shared workstations, complete LED lighting system replacement, optimized HVAC and production equipment parameters with timed operation schedules, and enhanced manufacturing processes with clear accountability to boost labor efficiency.
2. Through precision engineering and eco-friendly materials adoption, we've achieved 20% cabinet weight reduction and 20% component count decrease to minimize material usage and carbon footprint.
3. Committed to reducing product operational carbon emissions by 20% across the entire lifecycle compared to the 2023 baseline year.
4. Our Hangzhou green factory incorporates innovative designs, sustainable processes, environmentally certified materials, and renewable energy solutions featuring on-site photovoltaic systems and energy storage installations.
