2. Yongxie Technology's Carbon Neutrality Strategy
The increasingly severe global climate issue is a common challenge faced by all humanity. As a responsible enterprise, YongxieTechnology fully recognizes the long-term significance of environmental protection and low-carbon emission reduction for social development.
In mid-2024, Yongxie Technology officially announced the two phased targets of the company's core strategy - the carbon neutrality strategy:
 By 2030, achieve carbon neutrality within the enterprise (Scope 1 and Scope 2), mainly by improving the energy efficiency of unit output value projects and purchasing green low-carbon energy.
 By 2040, achieve carbon neutrality in all scopes (Scope 1-2-3), which mainly includes indirect carbon emissions generated in the controllable scope of Yongxie Technology, such as raw material and service procurement, transportation, employee travel, factory waste disposal, and reuse, including carbon emissions at all stages of using Yongxie Technology's products.
This plan is in line with the highest goals set by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Yongxie Technology follows the scientific carbon reduction targets and routes, actively promotes the implementation of the plan through a series of measures, making Yongxie Technology one of the leading enterprises in carbon neutrality implementation.


3.Main Measures 
Yongxie Technology's carbon reduction measures and practices cover various aspects including organizational structure, management processes, carbon emission data monitoring and management, planning and advancement of carbon reduction operation projects, green factory construction, and development of carbon reduction products.
Organizational Structure: A dedicated working group has been established, with the company's CEO, Mr. Jerry Ma, serving as the head of the sustainable development working group, and the administrative director, Mr. Devin Zhang, as the executive leader. They organize relevant personnel from various departments to jointly advance specific tasks.
Management Process: A supervision and execution process for sustainable development business, including carbon reduction, has been established. Yongxie Technology's Locomotive Management Committee is responsible for the overall management of sustainable development, regularly assessing the progress and challenges of sustainable development projects. The administrative department is mainly responsible for decision-making, guidance, and tracking the performance of sustainable development projects, and holds semi-annual meetings. The project team integrates specific actions for sustainable development into the management policies and processes of each department, implements sustainable development-related projects, and formulates specific carbon reduction plans, holding related meetings as needed.
Carbon Emission Data Monitoring and Management: The carbon footprint of Yongxie Technology for the year 2023 is calculated in detail according to the standards of the SME Climate Hub, and the results are submitted to the Management Committee for audit. Yongxie Technology takes 2023 as the baseline year for carbon reduction, initiating related carbon reduction plans and tasks.

Carbon Reduction Operation Project Planning and Advancement: To achieve the first carbon reduction target of operational carbon neutrality by 2030 (internal corporate carbon neutrality, "Scope 1" and "Scope 2", with a baseline total of 276 tons), Yongxie Technology has taken a series of measures to improve energy efficiency and purchase clean energy (solar photovoltaic projects and green electricity procurement), with main efforts including:
1.Building 800 kW of solar photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Chuzhou factory.
2.Reducing the unit energy consumption by 20% by the end of 2030 compared to 2023.
3.Promoting green travel, such as the procurement of new energy vehicles for the company and employees, phasing out all fuel vehicles in the company by the end of 2030, and encouraging all staff to use public transportation as much as possible.
Green Factory Construction: In addition to promoting energy saving and carbon reduction in existing factories, Yongxie Technology has also issued green factory recommendations for the new Hangzhou factory, guiding the factory to achieve zero carbon from the moment of completion, involving aspects such as the selection of the new factory site, carbon reduction of building materials, carbon reduction in the construction process, and control of unit area energy consumption in the operation process, among many other energy-saving and emission reduction efforts.
Green Product Development: Yongxie Technology's requirement for all innovative products is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by at least 20% throughout the entire lifecycle compared to the baseline year, with specific R&D achievements including:
Reducing the proportion of materials used through refined design, such as reducing the weight of cabinets by 20% and the number of parts by 20%.
Using environmentally friendly materials to reduce the carbon emissions of components.
